Half of the malt bill in this hoppy session beer is comprised of malted oats, resulting in a silky smooth mouthfeel. We added just enough crystal and biscuit malts to give it some color and backbone, just before we dumped in pounds of Centennial and Simcoe hops. This is one piney, resiny session IPA that can be enjoyed long into your pretentious evening, and won’t slow you down on your fixed gear bicycle.
