Teddy Roosevelt American Badass
Imperial Wheat IPA | 7.9% ABV | 75 IBUS
Brilliant gold topped with a mountainous white foam head. This Imperial Wheat IPA is smooth-bodied with hop characteristics of watermelon candy and stone fruits. Teddy is oak-aged, dry-hopped, and infused with distilled hop oil, delivering a dynamic American IPA experience.
SPEAK SOFTLY AND CARRY A BIG STICK?
The name has been a running joke in the brewhouse. Teddy is a well known figure in this neck of woods because he once owned a ranch near present day Medora, N.D. It was long rumored that Teddy Roosevelt killed a Yeti with his bare hands…blind-folded and naked…while rafting down the Yellowstone River. A photo later proved that to be fraudulent. It was a bear, not a Yeti. Belly up to the bar with the head rough rider himself. BULLY!
Sometimes life can get a little weird, and we’re forced to dance with experiences just outside of our comfort zones. It’s those times that we ponder throwing caution to the wind and embracing such things most often referred to as absurd, if even for but a brief moment of time.
